The Vision Instance availability is not guaranteed in any form such as availability, data integrity, performance etc. All users accessing the instance must agree to all terms and conditions of Diligent Solutions and Oracle Inc and warranty that no misrepresentation or any form of unauthorized activities. Users are solely responsible for all the activities of documenting and backup of all the activities. If we notice any unauthorized activities we will revoke all access immediately and take actions permissible to maximum extent by Local, State and Federal laws as applicable. Further you agree to accept the Trial License Terms and Export Restrictions and acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the agreement and agree to use the language you have selected in entering into this agreement. OR, you have already obtained a license from Oracle which governs my use of the software and neither Diligent Solutions Inc nor Oracle Inc is not liable in any form that arises in accessing the use of applications
